Slow to grow slow to flower

Hey guys what's up. First post here but my second grow. Ok so I've got this bag seed that was started at the beginning of may. All the leaves only have 3 fingers and that confused the hell out of me It did well all the way through the summer and started flowering begginning or mid august it has been really fuckin slow it's only about a foot n a half tall and the buds are coming out slow. I've been using MG plant food through the entire grow. Now my question is why is 1. Will flowering finish before October? 2. Why are all the leaves only 3 fingers? 3. Why is it so fuckin small?!

And lower sets of leaves have fallen off.

1. probably around the end of Oct.
2. most likely genetics or it's just plain fucked up
3. lack of light, lack of food, genetics

Well thats a problem. We get our first frost around the beginning of October.

More than likely genetics unless your ph is way out of whack cuz of the mg, are you using their soil as well?

I am not using the MG soil I am using peat moss on the top but the majority of it is regular top soil. This as really a low budget grow I started out with 8 plants and they slowly got eaten one by one and this is the only one left. it's got a top cola about half the size of your thumb. It's pretty sad. And the water is from a mountain stream I don't see why the ph would be messed up?
