Ask your momIs this daddy or the baby boy?
Speaking of bad info. Aren’t you the dude with the male cannabis plants and seeds?Knock yourselves out, keep up the good work spreading bad info, enjoy your seedy hay. Again all people want to do is play the contrarian on this site and that's just a bummer.
@nope ~ I apologize for the insult as that was childish and pointless. I will delete that.
You forgot the yukkaShould we tell him our grow set ups are completely different and I'm an HLG fan Boi
Really? So indoor cannabis is different than outdoor cannabis? It isn't completely dark outdoors, so it must be?Just because it didn't happen to you doesn't mean it isn't a FACT that light interruptions or a dim light on or light leak in flower MAY cause plants to throw intersex flowers.
Let's not start trying to confuse people and spread bad info. COMPLETE darkness is required for flowering INDOORS.
@Rob Roy for sureWhat's his other account?
Ive grown fine outdoors with streetlights and my own motion lighting without issues, so i dont think a red light on a power strip would seed a whole monster grow.Really? So indoor cannabis is different than outdoor cannabis? It isn't completely dark outdoors, so it must be?
Exactly. I've never had problems either. I have a lil light on my humidifier, that at first I was nervous it was gonna cause herms, but it never did, and still doesn't to this day.Ive grown fine outdoors with streetlights and my own motion lighting without issues, so i dont think a red light on a power strip would seed a whole monster grow.
Neither do the pinholes in my acinfinity tent.Exactly. I've never had problems either. I have a lil light on my humidifier, that at first I was nervous it was gonna cause herms, but it never did, and still doesn't to this day.
all things considered why leave the light if you can cover it?Well I just had a friend have an entire seeded room as a result of a little red light on a power strip he missed. Any light during darkness indoors can cause issues it is best to correct it as the OP did.
To the OP, your plants look good! Just keep an eye out for nanners. It isn't certain as some strains aren't bothered with it as much as others. If you see them, pick them off and go from there.
All things considered, I’d cover any electrically induced lights, bc why not? I don’t see how covering it could ever hurt?Of corse it doesn't. Just like the little red indicator light on the heater or a power strip doesn't.
Photons are photonsall things considered why leave the light if you can cover it?

Comparing artificial exposure to the moon probably not as helpful for anyone.
Although America did just successfully induce nuclear fission, so we could make an artificial sun and reflect it off a matte surface in space to check if it causes Hermes. But we’re busy right now politickin
You're ignoring the op's original question though.all things considered why leave the light if you can cover it?

What? Photons are X rays… microwaves… radio waves…. Sun light…. Sure bro. Microwave that geurilla glue #7 I heard the buds get densePhotons are photons
you're right, but I'm sure you know what I was getting at.What? Photons are X rays… microwaves… radio waves…. Sun light…. Sure bro. Microwave that geurilla glue #7 I heard the buds get dense
Ok.You're ignoring the op's original question though.
His plants look fine.
They are at 6 weeks of flower where upward growth slows or stops entirely if it didnt before that.
At that stage of a grow buds just start gaining weight and dont outwardly appear to change much.
He didnt mention any herming. Just that growth slowed.Ok.
Statistically I’d put the odds of the light off a surge protector stressing a plant out to the point of becoming a hermaphrodite around 0.001% an that’s if the surge protector is right up under that plant shining hard all night.
However without seeing a full journal of nutrients and training, as well as knowing the genetic line his friend created and the stress it underwent pre cross, I’m willing to admit it’s impossible to know. My best guess would be faulty genetics, I’ve heard of lines going herm and being ruined. Or like dude said, stressing the fuck out of them conditionally.
No one said it would hurt, just that the light isn't going to do anything....all things considered why leave the light if you can cover it?

Ohhhh word my bad my bad.He didnt mention any herming. Just that growth slowed.
All this light leak stuff is just hypothetical
