it could be cause of the 12/12 cause it's trying to flower from seed
how close are your cfl's?
and do you mean 9 days from planted or 9 days from sprout?
but other then that i don't see what is going on with it.

hope this helps

don't water it so much that could do it you water it when the soil is dry about an inch into the soil. so wait a few days maybe a week

wow did u just say u water a couple times a day lol ? dude your probly suffacating those roots hence the slow growth, give them air !id suggest going 18/4 for 2 more weeks to speed up your plant, its only going to flower when its mature enuff not as soon as u go 12/12 so yeah go 18/4 then goto 12/12

the lights are like 2 3 inches from soil..and yeah 9 days since it poped out of soil

mine looks about that big from not even 3 days sprout idk what to say and i've only got 82 watts cfl
i'm sorry but it could be the water your feeding it

i can also suggest that if you have an air pump put it in the bottom of the pot and aerate the roots your drowning them for sure

the smaller the plant the less water it needs, but the smaller the pot the faster it dries out.

yup that's why it'd be good to use an airpump then you know your roots are getting oxygen and it'll help dry it out but then check 2 inches into the soil to check how dry it is the air pump evaporates some of the water while it helps your roots suck it up hope this helps best of luck
