Slowly dying? Help

Ive been following this feeding pattern as recommended def by the company; feed feed tea feed feed flush although the last ones have been;

Bloom khaos was added to the feeding refining with the corresponding 6:1 herc:Bk ratio at the beginning of the this list Slurry numbers were 491ppm and 6.41ph when I first noticed the yellowing occurring

She’s on day 34 of real flowers and day 41 of 12/12.
She was under fed last Sunday 9/1 ago due to a miscommunication when I was out of town. (While I was gone the girl watering didn't feed her the whole thing of nutes I mixed up last Sunday and I fed her the rest when we got home Monday night 9/2. She got a normal feeding Wednesday night, was flushed Friday night, and fed a microbe tea last night. Other than that the only change I can think of is 2 weeks ago or so I defoliated and within the last week I have re positioned some of the tops so more light is getting down to lower bud sites.
Temps have stayed between 75-85 with rh between 28-42 depending on the day.
5 gallon smart pot with soil
Lush dominator 2xxl 630 draw LED hung 26” above the canopy

She as getting fed a gallon and a half each feeding with a .25-.5 gallon runoff roughly but I have been advised to scale back my volume of feedings to a gallon so there’s just barely runoff. That started last night with the microbe tea.

I started noticing yellowing on Thursday and it has gotten progressively worse. The pictures are from oldest to newest showing the damage

You probably have some root problems. Suggest first aggressively cultivating everywhere around the plant. Go deep. In actual dirt no need to pH feeds but can’t hurt. Water only for a few days and watch it. Remove all damaged leaves and watch for new signs. Let us know.

Could you explain what you mean by aggressively cultivating everywhere around the plant? This is my first time growing basically anything so I’m pretty new. She definitely has some sort of root problem because she takes Fucking forever to drink her feeds now. It takes me a solid 30 minutes to water just one plant. She sat in veg for 2 months before I flipped to 12/12 and probably should have been in a 7 gallon pot

Hot rod harly suggested I spear the hell out of my soil to get better airation...
I was scared shitless but did it with a coat hanger. My plants are looking much better now and I do this once a week

Wait until after you chop and unload the container. If you do the skewering before every feed or watering the fine roots will fill every bit of your medium.

Take anything long and slender. Pierce everywhere INCLUDING directly under the plant. I tell first timers it will make your butt pucker forcing it through that hardened root mass. Just do it and you just can’t do it too much. I promise and I do this with absolutely every plant. It creates pathways to get your goods to the inner roots and lower roots. Bamboo barbecue skewers are perfect and cheap. At the grocery store. Leave them in the pot you use it in.

Try it and use plain water at first because you’re going to access a lot of unused nutrients. You’ll see.

Why would I want to remove the damaged leaves? Wouldn’t removal cause her even more stress/shit to recover from?

No. The damaged ones will never heal. They’re just invitations to blight.

Plucked the dead/mostly fried leaves earlier in the week, she’s still yellowing more and more. I waited 3 days and tested for moisture and she was pretty damn dry, just fed 1/2 gal of herc/oly up at 6.4. Cultivated the soil with a bamboo skewer prior to feeding. Slurry numbers I took before feeding were 5.46ph and 250ppm, I’m at a loss as to why she’s still getting worse. First pic is yesterday second pic is today

I have always tried to be extra careful with my roots,and didn't like the idea of poking through them, but you have convinced me to try it out. And I use bamboo skewers for lots of things already. But I'll try to keep my butt from puckering when i do it, LOL.

Are you letting the soil dry before feeding? Sometimes it could be some simple stupid shit. Could it possibly be a build up of nutrients? If I was you id remove the leaves that are damaged and just give it water a few times and see what happens.

More and more of the tips of the sugar leaves are Starting to Completely die and get crispy as well which I thought was low ph but after letting the slurry sit for longer I’ve got an update of 6.42 and 349ppm In the root zone before this feeding

Personally I would pH my water to the correct ph and water until recovery..I would back off the nutes if I were in your shoes, but I'm sure you'll find someone else who would tell you otherwise.

After letting my slurry sit and fully dissolve, it’s at 6.42 and 349ppm so things seem normal in the root zone, but she just keeps yellowing, you’re saying just cut all the nutes completely and use PhD water only?

If I were you, I would stop nutes and just give pH water until recovery. Once they recovered I would give half recommend nutes and slowly bring it back up.
