Small 1 Week Old Clones. What Am I doing Wrong?

I had to make these clones small because the dome was pretty small. It's a peat-pellet dome setup, but i'm using rapid rooter knockoffs (Hydro-Heart Plugs).

I used the solution on the Technaflora recipe for success. 2.5tsp Thrive Alive for a Gallon of water. I've replaced the water once on day 3, this is day 7, and I think maybe I need to do it again?

There are 2 florescent lights, 15w 4200k, and 8w 3000k. You can see from the pic, there's plenty of light for them, I've vegged seedlings to a month old in this thing.

I had the dome on until about day 5 or 6, and sprayed the plants prob 3-5x a day.

Here's one of the mothers of those, there 2 from each of 2 mothers. Both Brazil Amazonia.

I need to take clones off 2 or 3 more plants soon here, and I've got no clue whether I'm doing this right or not. Please help.

The only thing I can think of is that maybe I left too much foliage on such small clones, just leaving the topmost node should have done it maybe?

Oh, and they're on a 24/0 light schedule, i just don't have a timer for this box, and it's such low wattage I don't really care.

They look pretty dry. What's your humidity like in there? Since the clones have no roots, they need to get water from the air. Normally in my dome, water is dripping off the walls and the leaves of the plants glisten under light (not drenched though).

Well, you can wait another week and see if roots start sprouting out the bottom, or you can sacrifice one and see if it's taking root (depending on how many you clone-- I always clone spares). Normally, it take some time for the roots to show and in the beginning the flowers begin to look like they're wilting and dieing. Patience, I guess. If no roots in 2 to 3 weeks, then rip one open and see what's going on in there.

Well, I had the dome over them for about the first whole week, it's got holes every 3-4" all over, I couldn't seal up the bottom edges, and the dome was very close to touching the tops of the clones, so I'm thinking I may next time need to use rock wool to keep the height down. The humidity outside the dome is around 60% constant. Also I was probably drenching the clones when I sprayed them, but every time I get to spray them the leaves had no water on them but the leaves looked very moist internally, they've never fully dried out.

I turned off the vent fan today so the humidity can rise, I've had that whole box up to 90%+ without the fan running. Should the opening of the lid every 3-4 hrs be enough oxygen for these small clones, plus 4 new germinating seeds? I do not have the dome over the seeds, but partially over the clones now after reading the prior post.
