What company are your seeds from ? Your babys shouldnt have only 3 leaves. Sometimes this is due to bad genetics.
Are you using calmag at all ? That works really well to prevent any deficiencies. You can use it inbetween feedings by mixing the recommended doasage with your PHd H20. Did you flush before going into flowering ? You dont need as much Nitrogen in the flowering stage either.

3 finger leaves could be genetics but I'm willing to bet a dollar that its cause of his lights. They don't provide the plant with enough energy to the plant which stunts its growth. He's also not giving proper nutrients so the plant is just doing what it can to survive. Adding calmag and reducing the nitrogen aren't gonna help at this point.

All I can say as original thread is mine and had same issues and here's wot I did. Got new lights as mine were no use, I realised my LEDs were way too far away, finally lots of organic potash seemed to help. I think mine were like yrs at approx wk 10 from germination. I've used bone meal, potash and a bit of pk13/14 but used this way too early. Mine are doing much better now, still not finished tho now on Wk 12 from germ and prob got another 3 wks b4 harvest. I thought autos were sposed to be quick!It's a learning curve. As I say I'm no expert, don't claim to be but hope that helps a bit
