Small dots on leaves? Only 6 or 7 fan leaves... first time posting

Hey guys. This is my first grow. I am having issues with one my plants. Only a few fan leaves have this on it. I thought it might be mites but there are no webs... and it's been a month.. there has been no progression of it getting worse. I rip off the leaves and the next day there are always 3 or 4 at the top only...... .. I am probably in 2nd week flowering.... there are white hair bud sites starting so I dont want to just assume and ruin the plant. Nothing is yellowing anywhere plant look great. And the spot usually are little tiny orange dors like rust spots... also have alot of purple stems. Could be Thrips? They leave the same type of spotting on leaves. Check the undersides of the damaged leaves as they are usually seen with the naked eye. Your plants look pretty healthy and I dont really see enough purpling to warrant any concern in regards to feed issues.

Hey yes I checked all the undersides of the leaves.the spot dont show all the way through. Only on the top and there is no webs no spot not nothing. Just healthy. Lol
