small dressor set up, what will do for lighting?

i have this dressor thats about 3.5 high by 2.5 wide and 2 deep and i was looking at a 70 watt hps at a local hardware store to stick into it, how many plants is this suitable for ( a 70 watt light, not my dressor) ? even one? should i combine it with some flos. ? and my last question is that i here its not a good ideal to flower with hps but is it possible?

hps are best for flowering, that light will grow 2 small plants, but you are going to have problem with the heat, is that light al in one unit with the balist inside?

i meant for veg growth my bad but yeah, it comes with a built in ballast, you really think two plaants cause iv seen them on and they dont seem to give out much power, would they be weak and small? has anyone tried a 70 watt before?

I've heard HPS provides enough of the light spectrum to veg and flower with. Some use a Metal Halide light for veg though, cause they give off more blue spectrum. Thats what ive done for my first grow since I have a dual ballast.
