Small stealth cab, best way? soil/hydro

im doing a new mini stealth cab and not sure whether to go the soil route or stick with a 5litre bubbler?
any suggestions?

since you have the equipment might as well stay with hydro.....but then again since its a stealth grow, are your pumps loud??
