Small Tent Grow

The goal is to start in this small 18x36 tent from lighthouse hydroponics and grow perpetually. Eventually using this small tent as a clone and mother tent and having a 4x4 for continuous flowering.
The current strain is White Widow x Big Bud (fem) from Greenhouse. About 3 weeks old
There is also Blue Dream(bag seed) I inherited that was in bad shape when i got it. Transplanted about two weeks ago.
Raw organics soil. For now. Once established i will like to switch to a hydro/aero set up.
I used the paper towel method to germ the seeds. I started with 2 only one made it.
From sprout, ive used 2 cfls, ON 18 hours a day. I kept the light about an inch away. I will be switching to a 400w hps/mh hid in about a week. My goal is to eventually have both tents running led's and hydro with co2 in the flower tent.
I will be letting the wwxbb go big and taking clones while i scrog. Once i have healthy off spring flowering her out... and so on.

Pretty neat setup. I do the same thing with a little bigger veg tent and a closet for my clones and mothers.

Not thatreally counting the weeks. Just tring to accomplish the task. BLUE dream is doing ok. Im hoping to get two decent colas from it (no sex yet). The wwxbb is looking good. I have some yellow leaves on the bottom. Not sure what its from.
There under 400w now. It gets warm in there 85°. I been tring to keep it around 80 when the lights on. Im waiting for a new exaust fan. I also have been taking fresh air in from outside and its 12° so that is helping. I plan on starting to scrog in a week or two

Plants took a hard hit this week as temps in the tent reached in the 90's a few days and nutes are running out in the soil. I was not aware that using distilled water was not good because it drastically drops pH. I lost a bit of leafs and some fan leafs. There looking pretty sad right now, but im going to stay at it. If nothing else i do have about 5 rooted clones to start over.

I did receive the fans i ordered and went and got some Botanicare Pure Blend organic nutes from my local shop. The dude also gave me a small bottle of House & Gardens Amino which ive already used on my cuttings.

In bit of a panic i swithed my light cycle to flower. I feed them nutes this morning. I'll take pics in 48 hours after they get a drink of them and i get the fan hooked up.

It takes some effort. Nobody wants to fail. I'll take every set back as a learning experience on the way to Pro status....

So a few weeks since my last post. Plants are looking ok, both the fem WWxBB and Blue dream turned out to be fem. I started flower about 3 weeks ago and buds are forming. They are drinking about 3/4 of a gallon if h2o and nute mix every other day. One the 4th watering i give them straight water.
Clones are doing ok. 3 of the blue dream clones dies. 1 is holding on for life. On the other hand all four wwxbb have rooted. The first two took right off, the other two are doing fine just shorter. Im topping everything as i can.

As you can see i got 2 big clones 2 small and 1 that might nit make it. Also you can see i add 6inch duct and exaust fan. This has helped keep my temp arout 85 during the day and 66 at night.

Just an update. 1st go didnt go to good. I got bud rot and lost 90% of the crop.

Now im running Jack Herer and 2 chocolope in the 18x36 tent with a 300w led and inline fan. I started flower the Saturday before xmas. I put the scrog net in a few days ago. I haven't trimmed under the scrog yet.

Fucking plant up front on the right hermied. I took it out and will finnish 2 chocolope and 1 jack herer. Got a good 4 weeks left on the jack and probably 6 on the chocolope.

GL man. Its a bitch. I find hermies come with higher temps. temps keeping good?

Temps are great. About 75°
You can see the pistils growing out of the plant in the pick of under the net and on the bottom right. Fucking thing hermed out of the blue. Now, i assume, my ladies are going to be making seeds

Ah. I see that earlier you had a hard hit with temps. Could be what hermied that girl.

You may have got lucky and wipped it out before it had time to fully develope pollen. Fingers fukin Xd man.

I fucking hate heat. Over the years under different circumstances i have had my fair share of battles, pests, mold, y'know, all the above. And heat abuse, if for some reason it happens its irreversible. When I talk to non growers but smokers they seem to think they love loadsa heat. I try and explain to them that , yes, they mainly come from hotter climates(I'm in UK) but they don't like excessive heat. They look at me like I'm mad. It either foxtails or hermies or just stretches with no bud.
