Smallest cutting possible for clone?

Whats the smallest possible cutting you have, or know is possible to take of a clone? I am pretty anxious to find out the sex of this plant.

you can do take a pretty small cutting, you can also cover a section of a branch to give it 12/12 and sex it like that too it will be faster to sex by covering it, the clone takes 10 or so days to root.

You can even take a fan leaf cutting from a plant to clone it.KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!

I don't think I need any extra fan leaves. Anyway, I have heard of this covering a branch thing, but would it stress the plant in any weird way? Thanks for the replies.

no stress to my knowledge, it would just sex the covered branch.

Can you not just look at the preflowers after 6-8 weeks of veg stage to tell if it is male or female so u do not have to clone it at all?

Thats what I've read, but mine are too small to check still.

I have read a few posts that mentioned putting a seedling into 12/12 for a few days to get it to start sexing then go right back to veg light schedule with no issues.

I don't know if there is any potential harm, if you do a search for "sexing" I bet you'll run across something on it, so you can do a little more research on it, might be your best bet for a 'quickie' I don't see how it would harm your (crossing fingers for you) girl, after all clones have been sexed and you can see obvious pistols during the time you are vegging the plant.
