Smallest Grow Box on The Biggest Budget

Hi, im just decided the start growing my own weed, what with the major shortage over here (england) anyway i got my grow box of sorts (few pics below) its got a 12 inch width and a 15 inch width (yes i did mean to say width twice).

As you can see from the pic i do have a light but the bulb inside is kinda out of a lamp post (so its yellow) anyway i need a light. and i heard i can get 1 light that works for both stages, fluoresent? red/blue? well i have no idea and thats why im here. im wondering what light i should get for as cheap as poss, cus i dont really want to have to buy 2 lights and seeing as the space is so small i dont think ill need a big one.

So can sum1 give me some advice, maybe some links for lights i could buy (suitable for my "grow box")

Btw, the inside is lined with alot of old photos (back side) to reflect light.

I'm an outdoor grower but are you planning to flower the plant in that space??!
It doesn't look as though there's gena be enough space, most plants reach 4/5'.
whereabouts in England are you? because i have two plants outdoor and theyre actually surviving!

how cheap are we talking?
youre going to need airflow too, one 80-120mm PC exhaust fan should do.
a 30w+ CFL should do ok for vegging a small plant with.
youll want more than 30w for flowering with if only using the one bulb at a time.
youll need a 6400k color bulb for vegging and a 2700k color for flowering with.
itd be better to get a 30w+ 6400k now and then a 2700k when youre ready to flower, but if you only want one bulb for both then get as high a wattage 2700k as you can afford, something like 50w+ should work ok.

why the hell do people keep wanting tiny grows? fucking realize that you are not getting much of any fucking bud out of that way less than a quarter ounce but you are willing to spend more than a quarter cost to grow your shoebox bud! what the fuck!! i can smoke a full shoe box of manicured bud in a damn week but you must be a fucking lightwieght!!!!! sorry so pissed im pmsing all over recently need some of that mydol from a fat indaca!!!

Firstly to storni, im a grow noob, but this is the only space available and i will stop it growing bigger when its getting to big. Im in leicester and my mate has grown 2 huge plants in his backyard, but its about to get cold so they wouldnt have time to flower.

and paddy i have 2 pc fans for exausts.

im planning on buying 2 cfl's and seeing how it goes.

Im also thinking of growing like 6 very small plants in this space and cutting them when they get to like 10 inches, what u think about that?

Because some people do not have the luxury of large grows. I have a 2 plant grow. Do not knock people for being careful, they are staying within their limits so we lower the risk of getting caught. Another consideration is budget, some may not be able to afford a large grow. Back off, and lets try to be a little positive here, the negativity does no one any good.

Ok so i started making a new grow box, using my draws, i got 2 cfl's for veg stage, does any1 no if photopaper would work well at reflecting the light.

i have 15 white widow seeds growing in a speaker box 18inch wide 20inch long.. what height should i take them out? (i have a huge closet to put them in after) im ganna try and get a couple ounces a plant. is that reasonable?
