Smart pot transfer or not

I have an Acapulco gold 3w into flower in coco and the roots have out grown my 7 gal smart pot. I bought some 15 gal pots but can't decide on just sitting the 7s on the 15s. Or transplanting which would undoubtedly stress the plant

Just place the smart pots in the new pot with more soil. i don't transplant with smartpots....i just plug them in. good luck

The one thing I don't like about smart pots is transplanting. Even plugging them leaves a mess to clean when you want to reuse the pot getting the roots out of it.
