smell.....

I'm using a bathroom fan for a vent.. yes boys and girls a bathroom fan. I am on the third floor of a building and no one is that close will this eliminate most of my smell? and I don't have a carbon filter, yes I said don't....

You're gonna need some odor control other than the fart fan in your bathroom.

yeah its gonna stink... I also live on a 3rd floor apt building and I also use a bathroom exhust fan but.. I vent it outside and there is a negitive pressure in my closet so it helps alot with smell leakin out

if your only option is your vent in your bathroom then maybe you could unscrew the fan, and place a carbon filter in there, and then screw it back, or you could try putting something strong smellingn right in front of the fan, but marijuana overpowers anything if you dont have the proper filter in my opinion.

No sorry for the miss understanding I'm not venting in my bathroom I'm venting out side three stories up but I'm just using a bathroom fan to do so...

So what do you think?

It's really a question of how important it is to you. That said, if you live in an apartment and do not have a medical license to grow there, I can't imagine not having one. Imagine the cost of getting evicted versus the $50 dollars it costs to build a DIY filter.

I built a carbon filter out of contractor's cloth, carbon air filters, fish tank carbon, duct tape, and a fan I already owned. I can literally smoke a cigarette 5 feet away from my girlfriend in the same room and she can't smell it if I blow oke into the filter. Cheap and easy. Always worth it in an apartment.

No its probably still going to stink! I would at least do a DIY carbon filter.
