I'm moving into an apartment this coming month. If I smoked in it and blew the smoke out a window, could the police search my apartment if someone reported it? I might get in on the top floor. I don't think anyone would smell it from up there, smoke rises. So they would just see smoke, it might as well be cigarette smoke.

What if the room smelled of weed when the manager or maintenance came in? Could anything unfortunate come of that besides them trying to steal my stash?

i live in apts and smoke all the time. we just keep the windows closed and we are on the bottom floor. its really about if you have your own ventilation/ a/c system so that the air in your apt never goes into the others...i have found some of my best smoking buddies living in apts:blsmoke:

I lived in an apt for a year and blazed all day in there. We usually had the doors and windows shut and used our a/c. Never had a problem with the cops and smoked only the finest dro!
