So I've read the hype, seen the results, and decided to give it a try.

strain-afgoo
machine-60site aeroflo
nutes-all the leftover nutes i have(AN connoisseur, sensi grow a+b and other goodies)
tent-secret jardin 4'x8'
lights-stealth grow 600 x3
chiller-1/2hp(not connected yet)

I just kinda threw this grow togther last night. still needs some fine tuning(i.e. ventilation, chiller etc...) i already have another grow using the same strain, but that is in a 36 site aeroflo, and a 1000W HPS. I want to see the difference, but it wont be to exact because the nutes are going to be a tad different.

so far the clones are doing ok..there are a few droopy ones, but they usually take off within 24 hours..if not i have other ones to swap out.:blsmoke:

nice man, have a few Q's..how hot do they get?, whats your temp in that tent when there running?,how long are you going to veg for?

its about 80˚ in there right now, and thats because i dont have the a/c vent open in that room..i should do that now..lol..but as far as the lights they dont get hot at all...you can touch them. as soon as i see nice roots i will only veg for 5 days. i have to set up some intake/exhaust fans tho..and the chiller needs to be set up as well.

yes they did lol...but in the long run it saves me electricity, and i didnt have to buy fans to cool the hoods..a 1000W digi lumatek, hood, bulb, and fan usually costs about $800 in the hydro store, these babies cost me about $1000 a piece..so its really not that much more...

**update**
the plants are doing good, i lost a couple due to lack of roots out of the rooting plug, but i had back ups.. I made my buddy(who's partners in the grow)go buy all house and garden nutes, so tomorrow when i hook the chiller up we're gonna do a res change and follow the aqua flakes regimen..i need to pick up some cool green eye-glasses. these lights are BRIGHT!

personaly i am not a big fan of the leds
im a cfl guy and think the same results could be had using 1800w of 42w cfl instead of 1800w of 1w(or 5w) led
non the less
good luck on your grow ... i'll be watching

ive never done a full grow with CFLs..i use a 125W cfl for my babies right before they veg under the 600HPS(thats where the mothers live), but nonetheless, thanks for stopping by!

Not sure if your lights are in that position for the photo..

but they need to be about 2.5 - 3 feet closer to your plants.

Look at how they are already stretching. You can put LED's WAY closer than you can HID.

yeah atleast 4-6 in.
