Those sandwiches are absolutely mouth watering all that bacon, ham and cheese, im gonna make some big ass subs like those on monday when I start smoking again.

Alright peeps, I just got off the phone with my homie and he wants me to make another sandwich because he liked the other one so much. So I told him lets switch it up on dat ass, Po boys? He was intrigued so I started telling him the ingredients and now he is 100% sold on the idea.

Gary's Po Boy bitches
garlic aioli with crab meat as the condiment
panko crusted tilapia with old bay seasoning
bacon
avocado
jalapenos
lettuce
onions

maybe cucumbers and tomatoes too. still on the fence about those 2. I've been cooking since I was young and I've gained the ability to put things together in my head based on what I know plays well together. both seem like a good fit but I'll see how they come in to play later on tonight.

I will post pics as I go along for any of you guys and gals that are interested.

Just wait,we are just starting BBQ season. I fire up my grill 2-3 times a week during good weather. I live on the lake so sometimes I go fishing and whatever I catch goes straight on the grill. I'll post pics

TBH, I can't wait to see what you grill up, are you a chef, or just really good at cooking?

seriously though, My homeboy went to culinary arts school(paid like 55k) and fucked it off, but we smoked like errr day so when he got off of school he would come over to my place and we would smoke, he always showed me what he was learning at the time starting with knife skills. when we get together we throw down! I really like him in the kitchen with me and so does the wife because she doesn't have to cook. like she cooks for me anyway... but for real when we are in the kitchen its like we don't even need to talk we just follow each others lead.


you know, of all the gay jokes and shit I make, I think this post is absolutely the gayest
