My "Ask Ed Trash to Stash" book has a % break down of thc in plant parts. On some strains green male leaves taken at the time their polen sacks open are almost as much as buds.

If your plants are flowering why not just wait till you harvest, you don't want to be picking leaves off a plant still growing just to smoke them, besides by the time the leaves are covered in enough THC the plant cant be to far from harvest.

Thanks dude for aleast trying to read what i said that started all of this. FAN LEAVES i dont know how many times i can say it. Leaves that are large and have no trichomes and are nowhere NEAR any flowring. Yes they do have thc but it is in such low amounts that EXTRACTION is the way to go. If you smoke then its is not worth the shitty feeling accompanied with cutting off the oxygen to your brain by smoking ruffage. Yes some leaves are wonderful and covered in beautiful resin glands. But some ARNT and are large thin and once dried, yellow and crispy. This all started with a plant that had no signs of flowering if i remember right so it would be in vegitative growth. Im glad to see that everyone here wants to know whether or not you can get "high" off leaves, but the answer is MAYBE. It is a call you need to make based on facts and not someones mom who likes leaves. Even though im sure she is right in her own way and am in no way trying to say she is wrong. Just think before you smoke and if you have the capabilities to make hash, DO IT dont smoke them. It is such a waste.
