Snake method?

So after tilting it down to about a 45degree angle I took some paper clips bent, and have the stem on the ground. Is that correct? When will the branches start going up? The plant is about 5 inches 3 weeks in veg. Almost 4.

You should notice a difference in 24 hours the plant will start looking up again towards the light.

Well it has started that at the end (top). How long untill it'll start to branch out?
