Snitches

Swim has found himself in a fairly concerning predicament which involved some less than adequate decision making and some fuckery from a "friend". Anyway, good people of roll it up I need your help! Any info you can give me and swim regarding the following situation will be appreciated, thanks! Anyway Swim started selling dimes and dubs in school, highschool, to make some extra cash for the weekends. I also should probably mention that swim only sold bud. So basically one of swim's "friends" decided that they would rob 20$ from swim and fuck up a solid buisness partnership, for only fucking 20$. Anyway swim cut off this "friend" immediately and was stuck in a cycle of attempting to regain the stolen $ from this fuck. Some months go by and because the fuck who robbed swim could only find one person that would agree to sell him drugs, swim, the same kid tried to buy a dub from swim again. Anyway swim gave the kid a bag of oregano and took the 20$ which the kid owed him. So basically this fuck starts texting swim when he finds out about the "weed" being oregano threatening to beat swim up. The kid however does not attempt to fight swim despite multiple opportunities and after swim doesn't return the $ after being threatened this kid decides the best course of action is to snitch on swim. The kid begins to text swim demanding his 20$, swim did return some of the texts with ambiguous and possibly suspicious texts that could lead some to believe that swim was involved in either, A) stealing money from the kid, or B) selling the kid bud. Swim does not currently know if the kid saved any of the texts. Swim's predicament, which could have easily been avoided by ignoring the kid instead of texting him back, is that if this kid decides to snitch on swim then the kid could possible have those saved text messages if the kid saved them in the first place that is. So roll it up should swim be worried? The only evidence the kid has on swim is the possible text messages. Could text messages and that alone be enough to fuck someone into a suspension or anything of that sort? Swim learned from this by the way and is done selling to fucking bitches as well as bringing any questionable things into school.

Sorry about your luck. The most important thing to think about is what state you are in. I doubt that in a state that has liberal laws regarding MJ swim would have much to worry about. But selling in states like OK, TX, NC and those other conservative places.. the penalties could be more steep. But $20 transaction? Especially if it was dank and was only a gram? Hmm... I'm no legal expert... but I'd say just stop talking to that kid. Don't respond to ANY more messages. Furthermore, $20 ain't shit. I could understand if it was somewhere in the thousands... you could literally make $20 in a day just by begging for change on the streets. If someone EVER rips you off in a transaction for smaller amounts of money the best thing to do is simply cut off all contact with them. No arguments or confrontations. Once you know they aren't going to repay money they owe, simply remove them from your life. It only cost you $20 to see someone for how they truly are. Money well spent IMO. I doubt that dude is snitching but you never know. Anyways, even if the texts are damning enough... how long do you really think they'd send someone away for such an insignificant amount, even if selling? I'd say, if there's no priors, it would probably just be probation. IDK for sure though. So, good luck.
