yeah im new to this site and i uploaded the pics from an email i sent out to my friend... the hard copys are back home in cali ill be there in a week and ill get you a better view posted... as far as cost believe me my man im no rich honky just smart about biz. most my overhead cost was covered by investors that you just offer an ungodly return percentage on... just get em paid off in 1 harvest and then your all in the black w a 10k grow room. it doesnt need to be that much but its alot easier to spend cash that isnt ur own hard worked so we got top of the line everything.. i wish we coulda but 1000w hoods in there but my house would catch fire. half the reason we went w leds ... i found a thai. guy who *give me very good deal* these leds are the exact ones you see advertised everywhere for 300 to shit ive seen them close to 500$ but out the back door w cash he gets them wholesale from his homecountry to me for 150$. ill keep updates on this thread and if its somehting anyone wants to try out we could prolly work something out.

You seem to know alot about LED's, whats your take on it?

my take... LEDs are revolutionary ok... its how we grow shit in space... the inside scoop.... intensity the big complaint from everyone is cost and larfy results. that 3amp light you have in that link will blast out almost double the intensity of my lil ufos... but man the tax! 1600 for 1 unit that better cover 1 whole wall in my room lol. i tried teh side by side grow... HID's can produce more... better tho i dunno... my resolution the led-hid hybrid spin o matic delux dwc freak machine you see in the pics.... more inside scoop the leds are worth the money ANYWAYS cuz they last 10yrs a unit.... cost less then 1/3 to run powerwise and no balast no heat... all the shit you read about is the plus but if youve grown even for a single indoor cycle 1000k ballasts especially if they arnt digi. (likely if ur a newbie) they lave an unfoldable electric bill. plus im sure you konw the plants utilize only certain spectrums of light and the led wavelengths are precisely what they need nothing else... all that white light you see from HID bulbs is utterly useless and if you can conceptually grasp how much of a portion that is of the bulbs power (this shits usually right on the side of the bulbs box) its weighs heavily on my heart that 90% of the light wavelength in my room is a lost carbon print w my name signed on the bottom. be nice to mother earth as much as possible man in this biz she gave us this wonderful plant. so thats my long "take on things" hit me up if you have another comment

also i forgot to comment... if u are going to get a panel like that they sell them that have knobs on the front that control the amount of red and blue light diodes that are on at the same time and their intensity... buco bucks but not taxed as much as the one in ur link and you can have it all blue for veg then play aroud w mixed spectrum and all red in flower... (which fyi i had a couple of these ufos that were only the red diodes) without both the plant significantly suffers in production against any opinion out there... i did it ... red isnt solely what the plant craves and it showed

I have a question. Obviously you put some thought into this room. Why not go with a stadium set up?? Was there some sort of restriction? You've got lights for days and you can almost double the plants in the same amount of space used.



Just asking, no offense I hope. You have a beautiful set up. I am just always thinking efficiency and you could easily fit two units in the same space. Man I can't wait till I can have a whole dedicated room. Won't have your lights but the space would be sweet.

i feel you my brotha.... i spelled that out as "white" as i could... i thought of alot of shit b4 i built this... the stadium set up does optomise the space but i had cool ideas w trellacing on the ground unit here that kinda worked out... the main deal is power... i have a 30amp line in that runs in a series circuit thru 2 other houses... so a)ill burn down both their houses first if i pull too much more electricity and b) my fridge is on a timer right now lets put it that way (to not flip breakers).... yeah so w the next crop i hope to get a line right off the pole... but thats (legaly) a 2500 dollar investment that as you can see ive tapped out my funds... btw if you have like a pic of the stadium system ur thinking of shoot it my way cuz the plants in this machine grow fucking tall id prolly only get 2 teirs up b4 the plants after veg would put the lights glued to the ceiling... trellaced these divas are 3.5 + feet tall

AN remarketed the stealth grow LED, and jacked the price up. I have 6 of them...i'll be doing a massive LED grow..
