So are the LP's legal only for 6 more months?

It was deemed unconstitutional, then the next sentence states that this judgement is held off for 6 months.
This just allows them to make it constitutional and re-submit for legal validation.

In the meantime, there's essentially just an injunction on both ends allowing both systems to continue for 6 months.
Hopefully no court case 6 months from now :/

They're still in force and effect for the next 6 months. You can bet the liberals will bail out their lp buddy's but it's safe to say the majority of lp customers will NOT be lp customers in 7 months from now as dg's will be ready to start growing and providing superior meds for a fraction of the price that lp's charge. 7000kg on hand and even for $5 a gram they can't move it. I expect the rec laws to change within a year from now to stem the lp losses.
if the mmpr reg's are of no force and effect can lp's still conduct business?

investors aren't screaming, their waiting patiently for legalization like always.
Most of them buy more stock when it goes down, especially when the stock belongs to Tweed and the co-founder is the CFO of the current government party of Canada.
That's true. Thing is they grow everyday strains an nothing that is really cutting edge.

I, as someone who doesn't hold paper, just want to be allowed to join the MMAR and grow in a cabinet at home.
I don't need 18g a day, a DG or anything else. Just give me 2 plants and the legal ability to have that medicine in my house.
