It's factual. Trump gave tax breaks to the rich while screwing over the middle class and the poor. He fumbled the Covid response. He left a mess to clean up.
That's without even considering all the other shit he did, like trying to claim election fraud, fake electors, pressuring state officials, January 6th etc etc.
Trump will go down in history as one of the worst presidents. Not even just based on all those things, but based on stuff like:
