SO.... finally got the pollen sifter box I've been watching on eBay forever and a day! (I'd purchased it before I said I'm done making purchases, so there! lmao) I had half an ounce of bud, so last night I broke it up in the box and then rolled most of it into joints, and WOW! Just from doing that, I got 1.8g of kief! This is going to come in handy with all the leaf/trim I'll have from my harvest.... I can just lightly sift it around in my pollen box while mindlessly watching TV, nothing hard on my body or even my right hand (which has become arthritic), and then I'll have plenty of kief to use for hash and/or cooking!

I think I'll take that bit of kief and make me some more tincture; they say it turns out more potent with kief than with bud. :hump:
(I'm still too wracked up to stand over a stove, so tincture it is. lol)

Also, the two clones in the front of the BP showed roots this morning, and they are lovely roots: very stout and sturdy! These two are making the first clone to take root look sickly!!! I'd pruned my larger ladies night before last, so they're no longer dwarfing the clones (and are getting more bushy thanks to the pruning). Considering T will be home for his R&R in just about a week, I've been second guessing whether or not to flower now as I'd pretty much decided to do other day.... we've got a lot to do during his 15 day leave, and will be gone overnight a couple times. So I think it's better, after all, to wait to flower till he's sent back to Iraq; I worry much less about them vegging while out of town a day or two than I do about flowering. So who knows? Looks like I'll end up flowering three to four plants, after all.... again!

Yeah, I can be indecisive sometimes. Or can I? :mrgreen:

Thank you for checking in, fdd. :) At this point, it appears that your involvement is not necessary. I wanted this stopped before it could escalate, but it seems to have simmered. So long as the peace is kept, it's all good. :hump: :peace:

(Quoting myself is much easier than retyping; low energy day today! lol)

Looks like I'll start flowering them when T goes back to Iraq, which will be approximately June 1. His R&R doesn't officially start till he's in the states, so when he has to go back depends on when they can get him here. He should be home by this weekend.... needless to say, I'll be pretty much MIA during that time. ;)

The big ones are looking puny compared to my last photo post, as I pruned them a couple nights ago. :lol: They needed it though, especially since I'm not going to flower till after T's R&R is over. And of course each time I top/prune, they get so much more bushy and sturdy; if the colas get as large in the BP as you've said, I want strong stalks! :p They're no longer dwarfing the clones.... all of which are showing roots now! The center clone (the first to show roots) I topped at the 1st node today (i.e., UB's "two main cola" snip) because I am sure now that the other two clones are the ones I'm going to keep full-term, so this one is giving me opportunity to see how the plant's appearance/growth/etc. turn out topping at the 1st node instead of the 2nd. For once I actually can say, "I wonder what'll happen if...." and not worry about the repercussions! LOL

I'll take some photos this evening. :D
