They look great, are you using a scope to look at the trichs? You really should be seeing some amber. Are they starting to swell? They will double in size in the last 2 weeks

Yeah, but currently I'm only seeing less than 5% amber. Maybe they're just starting to amber up. They're def starting to swell and the main cola is rock solid.

Just to let you know, I had some a casey jones plant whose trich never turned amber. I let some of the plant go 13.5 weeks and there was maybe 10% amber max. I have no idea if the strain you are growing does something similar, but it does happen to some strains. My friends have had it happen too.

Good luck. Looks like it's going to be bomb smoke no matter what.

CBN Increases the last of the high and also softens it. It gets you sedated instead of that nice but short rush of a head high, it's a matter of preference though

ME TOO! I shoot for amber and resinous (50% milky / 50% amber) 70/30 is the sweet spot I think..

I ended up after nine wks with about 50% amber and settled. Really, at some point the plants were sucking up a lot of water and putting out mad capitated triches. And a lot of false seed pods. One thing I forgot when looking for amber in my triches was to look at the plant in floro light. Its cooler/bluer and shows color better. You cant judge if your only looking with hps light while your looking. Lol.....am I making sense? I am stoned and consequently tend to think multiple thoughts while im typing. Its frustrating. Lol. But I am looking forward to whatever the fuck is couchlock. Lol

Good job growing those buds... they look real nice. Did the trichs end up turning for you? And what's going on with the water cured bud... what I mean is does it smoke nice? I've never had herb cured like that.

Thanks, some of the trichs turned. It was better than none I guess. The water cured smokes exactly like I expected it to; no smell, no flavor, clean smoke and an obliterating high that was almost overwhelming for me. Normal cured bud is where it's at though. I'll def stick with the flavor, smell and better bud appeal.

Wet trimmed? Not sure what that is... but anyway, I took some of the plant and dunked it in a quart jar of water with a coffee filter on top for 7 days. Every day, I drained it to rid the water of chemicals, chloroform and salts. The water became more clear day by day and on the last day, it was crystal clear. I only used bottled spring water. On the first day, I added a few drops of clearex in hopes that it would help it flush better and it worked out well. Absolutely NO flavor or smell but the buds look really skinny, and have a mids-like appearance. The smoke quality is out of this world though. Very intense.
