so if i just switch right over to HPS from MH at same wattage...

the plants won't go into shock? they will be ok with that crazy yellow light? everyone says i will get bigger buds if i use the HPS, so I guess i will do that...cuz i prefer them bigger than smaller...so it it werks ill get the HPS and not use my MH when i start to flower then

mh veg, hps for flower. U can even use hps all the way if u want. Either way, Hps for flowering is a must.

Either light will work for both stages. Flowering is induced by light schedule not color temp. HPS gives a better spectrum of light that more closely mimics the fall sun and is better for budz. But again either can be used for the whole life cycle. Just MH is better for veg and HPS for flower.

if u had to choose one and go all the way, u'd want hps. Mh for veg blows, atleast with hps during veg and flower the nugs would be denser and you would yield more
