so im sure this is a load of crap

but i was smoking with this guy the other day, (a friend of a friend) and he told me in new york city, on april 20th, the cops apparently do this thing where they give away all the confiscated weed they took throughout the year, and let the people smoke it in the park.
idk, anyone heard of this?

this is not true.....Im from nyc ..it seems he has this story mixed up.....I dont live in ny anymore so im sure this doesnt happen anymore.... but in thge 90,s on april 20th in central park, earth day was celebrated with concerts and people smoked freely, now where your friend may be getting confused is, on this day a helicopter would fly over central park and throw bags of rolled joints into the crowd......im not sure where these rolled dubbies came from but they did come......lol.....

i heard about that... on 420 they drop it from helicopters in central park... shit bein in jersey i wud love to go

Ever been to Hempfest over in Seattle, or ever heard of it?. They have a huge festival with like 250000 people showing up on a planned weekend. People smoke weed right in front of cops and Blow weed smoke in there face..its too funny..I go every year..Great road trip
