Hell I've had Computer companies do this with parts had multiple $100's of dollars shipped to me without ever sending a piece back.

I bought a RedEye tek Bong and the bowl broke after a couple days had an obvious imperfection in the glass that you could see when it got dirty, I bought this piece locally but I contacted Redeye and they sent me 2 bowls and a T-shirt for free for the inconvenience of not having a bong for a week. I'll continue to buy from them since they treated me right.

Glass breaks if a bong shop isn't willing to replace it run their name threw the mud.

So in the mean time I ghetto'd my bong back together with the good ol' super glue and silicone method, and of course some hose and random tubing I found to make an adapter for the cone piece. This thing rips like nothing else though, not even mad it broke anymore haha.
