So my flowers are looking like dreadlocks sticking up?

Can buds get super loose and look like a bunch of cones(dreadlocks) sticking up? I would rather have em in condensed colas, not kinda stringy if you know what Im sayin... Help please +++Rep

...I believe you maybe have some foxtail'n going on....what's your room temps when the lights are off? ...what strain are you growin?....what kind of light are you using?

It gets pretty cool at night, prolly around 60-70. Im using a 600wt HPS and its only about a foot and a half at the most away. Their sativa orange kush from bag seed, but nice plants.

sounds like foxtailing described in another thread poster here a day or so ago. Some people say it looks good. But it is not a good thing to have. The buds are thin with nice stem thru them when this happens.
