Super crop them. Work each stem between the thumb and pointer finger like trying to flatten a straw. Work it until its soft and basically break the limb. You want it to bend over without breaking clean through.

It will form a knuckle at the break. Won't hurt it a bit. If the stem breaks put some tape on it.

Sativas usually handle it well.

If it's just the HPS ones that have stretched then that'll be because HPS light does that. That doesn't mean to say they'll be sativa just because they stretched more. Good luck man!

Supercrop or lst, alternatively take clones from the top - which woudk also be topping.

Super cropping is very easy if you install a net about 6-10 inches below where you want them to max out. Just bend them over at net level and net will support the bent over part so no need for splints or other supports.

Yes, you can do it in stages if you are afraid. bend it a bit till it hangs somewhat limp, just a bit, it wi;ll try to stand up again in a few hours. every now and again just squish your bend a little tighter, you will feel when it is done correctly. Once you felt it one time, you will be ok to do other branches. I like to use some pieces of wire to hold the tips down once the bend is made. This also allows minor grow tips to catch up a bit.
