so...my landlord just asked me for a bag..

hey everyone, I know its kind of a touchy subject, but I had to vent on some shit and see what you guys think.

I went to drop off my rent today, and my landlord said he needed to ask me somethin before I left. I have a friend who lives in the same apartments, and he told me that yesterday the landlord asked him if he could get any green.My friend said he usually goes through me so he would ask lol.

heres the thing, me and this friend are both growing in the apartments, and we now know that the landlord is aware. It's all legal, and he's told us that he really could care less, as long as it isnt drawing the wrong kind of people who are gonna vandalize and steal shit from the apartments.

being ok with us growing is one thing, but it seems like asking for a hook up seems kinda sketchy..

I just cant decide if its the worth the risk..well i know its not worth the risk, but right now I'm hella sketched out and just tryin to make sense of it lol.I mean, if he wanted the ganja gone, we woulda been kicked out already cuz hes known for a bit.

You may be over-thinking this...or under-thinking it.

Either way, your friend threw you under the bus by outing you to your landlord in that way. And, yes, I understand how 'cool' everyone seems to be with what's happening.......but still

Then again, if you can provide the landlord with some fun stuff to keep his eyes looking in another direction...

if its legal why are you worried about him kicking you out? he cant kick you out for that. Yeah, I'm sure he's an undercover cop posing as a landlord to try to get 2 legal medical growers to sell it to him and then bust them. Dont do it. lol

give him sum bud sort of as rent so u know he's alright no one's gonna screw with there supply

Growing legally they can't kick you out for, selling weed is illegal and they can kick you out for that.

just offer to fire one up with him if he doesnt smoke then dont give give him none ,and if he does then dont give him none, unless ur really that generous

He's probably just an old guy looking for some quality smoke if he wanted to bust you he would have already and since he already knew you grow he thought why go through a middle man. I would hook him up It will keep him from getting pissed at you and will get him on your good side. If you don't want to sell to him then I would just give him a nug and say I really only grow for myself but heres a bud for being cool about things...

WTF was your "friend" thinking... my good weed smikiung buddies have no idea where or when my weed comes from or when my harvests for my legal medical grow are due....

2 people can easily keep a secret if one of them doesnt know shit.....

If one of my buddies outted me,,, I would be having a discussion about why it happened twice, first and last time.... besides if your buddy grows how come your name came up?

why indeed has your friend put you forward if he has his own stash too, hes bein cautious, i say go with wat dababydroman said blaze one up with the dude and see how he fairs, wont take long for you to tell if hes for real or not, whatever ya do dont go endin up homeless lol

Drop the next month's rent off early and tell him to come over...don't give him the chance to grab a tape recorder or any stupid crap like that. Get him in your apt. and fire one up with him. If he smokes, he's cool. I figure he's either an alright guy lookin to get ripped or he wants you guys out of there after findin out you grow. It takes forever to evict someone, but if you're in jail, he'll do whatever the hell he wants with the apt and your shit. I DON'T CARE WHAT THE LAW SAYS. I'll betcha he's just one of us, but I've had some tricky-assed landlords.

Bad thing is...this guy has a key to your spot and knows when you aint home. Just somethin to think about.

Not good.**

well the thing is I'm a caretaker for the friend, So i usually do get his herbs, and the other night the landlord asked if he was growin. he denied at first and then showed the landlord his med card. He then asked if I grow, and my told him I didnt but am in the process of getting my MMJ card.Then the landlord told him he would like some green, and that musta been when he slipped my name. I'm not worried cuz I don't sell, I dont have a big stash or anything, so at this point I've done nothing wrong.

We had inspections about 2 weeks ago, and I moved out the whole grow. During the inspection, the landlord told us there had been complaints of ganja smell, and he said he didnt care if it was comin from my place, but just to throw a towel under the door or somethin. he seems really chill with the herb, but I'm not sure he smokes, he said it was for a "friend".

I told the landlord I didnt have any to get rid of or anything, so he said If i got anything to let my friend know. as i mentioned, he does seem pretty cool with the herb. when I said I didnt have any, he just told me straight up that he doesn't care about somethin like pot, as long as its not causin problems. there have been some asshole tennants here who trashed the place and got kicked out, but I dont like trouble and dont have sketchy people around. Idk..just seems weird for a landlord to ask a tennant for somethin like that, but at the same time I dont wanna pull a dick move by not helpin out lol. but if I weigh the risks i think the answeres obvious lol

hw bout this, get ya landlord in ya house, set some weed on the table and turn ya back on it, if he takes it he takes it, and if you dont ask for any money you aint sold him anything???

haha, I actually toyed with that idea, just settin it down and waitin for him to grab it lol. Im thinkin about just tellin him that I dont really sell..but yeah i'll be kickin it with my friend in a bit so i'll see what he thinks

I'm his caregiver, of course he gets it from me im not mad at my friend, its not like he told the landlord to hit me up, the landlord just asked me when I dropped off rent since he had the opportunity.

and yea the smoke isnt for him i guess, a "friend" unless that means him...lol

naaah dude...u would of never been in that situation if ur buddy never told the landlord he scores his bud from u!...lol.. just give the landlord a lil nugg just to shut him up,lol...like you said though..u havnt done anything wrong! not yet atleast!..lol...u should try to find out if its for the landlord or really his friend!..cause if its really for him "the landlord" u might be able to work some deals to pay rent "paying rent with ur crop"

well tahts the thing..before this landlord the place was nuts. its next to a college, so a bunch of wasted college kids are always fuckin up the hallways and trashin the place. well the previous landlord WAS taking shit like mushies and oxy's for rent, and "protecting" some kids who were dealin quite a bit..and not weed.

so shit went down and they have new management. might just play it on the safeside, and yea maybe just kick him a homegrown nug

I just finished my first harvest, and not sure what strain it is but it definitely gets me lit! currently, I have white widow, Blue mystic, permafrost, new purple power, and afghan kush strains going right now, with some of the free attitude ones on the way!!!

oh and the landlord knows im probably one of the most pot-smokinest dudes in the apartment community, so im sure he's known he could score from me long before my buddy mentioned anything

I just dont see if he was tryin to get me in trouble, why he would. I'm quiet, dont throw parties, vandalize or steal shit like the fire extinguishers, pay my rent on time...no problems whatsoever. besides the ganja smell complaints, which he oviously could care less about

do not sell it...just smoke one with him... one sell will get u in jail and have a felony on ur record....trust me i know. haha
