dude obviously has dirt on you (your landlord) so you need to do some damage control at this point. offer to come over some time. if he invites you over then ask him if he want to smoke a bowl. if he says no, then leave and don't mention it again unless he does. if he says that yes he would like to smoke some - then fire it up. and make sure you leave him a -small- bag of bud when you go. just enough to keep him in a personal supply. keep him on the hook. he won't fuck with you cuz he knows you have dirt on him and vice versa.

obviously it would be better if you weren't growing in an apartment. if you didn't have any friends that knew about your grow. if you didn't have a 'friend' that would out you like this. if you were smart enough to be using a carbon scrubber, etc. This is deffinitely NOT an ideal situation. but the damage control above is about the best you can do at this point .... aside from looking for a non-apartment place to live where the landlord never comes around, nor do any of your 'friends'.

yea i think im just gonna tell him the truth which is I dont sell. and one more thing to clear up, I've been helpin my friend get his herbs cuz his plants arent done yet once there done it'll be another story cuz he wont need me to go on runs for him.

idk, its probably not even a big deal but I'd rather him be pissed cuz i said no than end up with a record for somethin that could've been easily avoided. I'd get nothin out of it, (unless jail time lol) cuz its just an eighter. no profit to be made anyway lol.

and definitely lookin into gettin a house as soon as the lease is up. Just tired of havin to worry about neighbors noticin stuff, and havin to be cautious when i smoke in the apartment. and the only spot to grow is the tiny ass closet , with the veg setup under the sink lol. cant wait for a fuckin house!

Drop the next month's rent off early and tell him to come over...don't give him the chance to grab a tape recorder or any stupid crap like that. Get him in your apt. and fire one up with him. If he smokes, he's cool. I figure he's either an alright guy lookin to get ripped or he wants you guys out of there after findin out you grow. It takes forever to evict someone, but if you're in jail, he'll do whatever the hell he wants with the apt and your shit. I DON'T CARE WHAT THE LAW SAYS. I'll betcha he's just one of us, but I've had some tricky-assed landlords.

Bad thing is...this guy has a key to your spot and knows when you aint home. Just somethin to think about.
takes forever to evict someone? no, i dont think so, they have to give you like a month or two notice and they can evict you for no reason, they can just say they no longer wish to rent the apartment to you.....if you dont have a long term lease that is. its happened to me twice

Maybe you can give him an outside name or somethin to get it from... So that might make him ask directly and mention that you're growing, and then be like "I can grow weed legally, but can't sell it to you. That's illegal". But be cool about it since you don't wanna piss him off.

First, I cant believe that your buddy "outed" you on that to your landlord. The people I deal with for bud would kick your ass for that. I think of growing and smoking weed as like a secret society in which your a member and where there are certain unwritten rules for everyone. And this is one of them.

Second, I would most def catch him spontaneously out around the complex one day. Ask him to come back to your place to blaze a fattie. If he smokes it, he's alright. If not then be very cautious. He may have a key to your place and when your not home, but if you are able to put a lock on the door leading to your grow area. And you should have a serious talk with your buddy. JMO

I dunno why you guys would think that since he smokes with him its all good and he's got nothing to worry about? undercover police are not allowed to do drugs, that is true, but informants and shit dont have to follow the same rules......(im not saying i think his landlord is an informant btw, just wanted to bring the fact up that just cuz someone does drugs with you it doesnt mean your home free and that you can trust them......)

just give it to him, it's a misdemeanor to GIVE AWAY weed. then he's in the wrong for accepting it.

give him a 10 sack a couple times(like a nug he could roll a j with) then, if he likes it, and you can tell if he's a real pothead or a dickhead trying to fuck you, sell him a sack.

You might meet a new constant buyer. Those are always nice...;-)

haha, havent heard from him in a couple days, next time i run into him and show him my caregiver papers, and be like..."look, this is why my buddy gets weed from me. cuz I'm allowed to get it for him. I dont sell weed" lol. just seems like theres a fine line between tenants and landlords that shouldnt be crossed..seems like he'd be puttin a lot on the line hittin up a renter for pot..

however, my other buddies around the complex are diggin the homegrown, they dont know where it came from though. i think thats even cooler to know that there not just sayin its bomb to make you feel good hahaha

no, his freind said that the landlord asked about if he knew where to buy any bud and the friend said he might be able to talk to the original poster and that the original poster might be able to help him find the landlord a bag. that doesnt explain how the landlord became aware of the grows in the first place.

no the landlord got complaints of weed smell, and i guess he saw my friends lights shining through, he was usin CFLs. so the landlord cornered him one day and asked if he was growin and he denied naturally. but I guess the landlord started askin again so my friend just showed him his med card, and the landlord was cool with it. he even checked with his boss too i guess just to make sure. but yea, then he asked about gettin some, and like i said. next time he brings it up, I'll explain why my friend goes through me

You should tell your landlord to spend the money to get a MMJ card, then offer to grow a few plants for him if he compensates you for the time and resources.
