The butain lighter is not necessary, unless you are trying to vaporize pure salvorin A. That is the reason people make the extracts, you can smoke them in a regular pipe and use a regular lighter.

I smoked in a pipe with a lighter. i got mine from a head shop but overpaid! It did not do alot for me but my brother lost it after the second or third hit. He was laughing so hard i thought we was going to die from not breathing.(NO LIE) He got all red sweating and just laughed and laughed. About 3-4 min later he just stopped and did not really realize what was going on. He had no clue we was on the ground laughing! do please becareful. I think I saw some on ebay for about 1/3 the price of a headshop but am not sure if it is the same kind. We had the strongest one they made.

anyone who's taken salvia orally, how much is an effective dose? in grams but more importantly in terms of how many mouthfuls / whatevers it'll take

well i now know where i can get ahold of salvia divinorum from 10x to 40x and i think i may have to get ahold of some today =D
