:wall:I have managed to lose both my 400 dollar mp3 player, and my phone in a taxi.. Fucking fucking fuck. :wall:

Fucking xanax and alcohol made me call a fucking cab because there was no way I couldve been driving so I get out of the taxi and an hou later after I wake up feeling like shit.. My pockets are empty.. Fuck. Fuck. I know its in the taxi too because I remember setting them both in the side hand thingy...

Maybe theyll get returned but FUCK.

yah, like chico said, call the cab co., they are usually pretty good at keeping records and the like, i would think that you may have a good chance at getting your phone back, but not so sure on the mp3 player.. try calling your cell from your landline if you have one and see what happens.. maybe someone will pick up and they may have it and have been waiting for you to call?? stranger things have happened..
 
I left my cell in a cab, i called dispatch and they knew who had picked me up because they document pick up and drop off points, the cabby dropped in off the same night, try calling your phone, if he/she is a good person they might be waiting for you to call, oh call your cell company asap and tell them your phone was lost or stolen, they will put service on hold to avoid further charges.

But i live in Canada so.......

now that is odd as i didn't even read chico's post and went down and said almost the same exact thing and came back up to read this.. jessu.. something weird is going on here, lol..
i wonder if we are supposed to say jynx when two people post the same things like when you do when two people say the same thing at the same time..
 
I drive taxi part time and I can tell you in my town all the guys that work for the company I work for would have turned it in to dispatch at end of shift
 
Shit I feel for ya. I have lost several phones, most recently my fucking iPhone. My phone has everything on it, just no financials.

I had no upgrade so had to buy one (fucking bank) OUCH

Last week I was leaving work and set my new iPhone on the back bumper of my truck. I fucking notice this when I'm on the god damn fwy. Well I basically shit myself, pull over on the side of the freeway and no fucking way it's still on the bumper (thanks to the rubber case which gave it grip) that bastard stayed on for 7-10 miles, and on top of that I work in construction and that fucker managed to hold on while tearing through our dirt equip yard.

Hopefully the cab company gets it back to you!

Tell me about shitty days. Just worked a 12 and a half hour day only to find out my wife broke my zong while I was gone. Ugh fuck me running. Should I kill her now lol? My best dude gave me that zong. I'm bummed.
 
what kind of mp3 player if its an ipod they have serieal numbers on it chances are some young kid has it or will end up with it and he'll some ware down the line probly run into the law and maybe you'll get it back it's happend twice with my brother. you'll be supprise how many people look up the serieal number there ipod. and far as the phone i hope you have insurence.
 
so what ever happened highhigh?? did you manage to get any of your gear back at all?? i sure hope that you at least managed to get your phone back, and even the mp3 player for that sake..

Yeah they dropped it off finally lol that day did suck, I totally forgot to post back haha But I got the phone back not the mp3 player of course :( My phones useless I can just get another one that freaking zune was 400 dollars :( Oh well I'll save up still unecassary spending.. As soon as I paid my car off too. Lol thats how the stuff always goes down too right after you stop worrying about paying something you get slammed with a new something to spend money on
