so we went to look at this house yesterday right.......

And I must say I was really pleased. The kitchen was a little small but the rest is perfect. Nice open living room, huge full basement pefrect for a game/gun room. The 1/2 acre backyard is perfect for the dogs and kids and all the gardening we enjoy during the summer months. Idk what we would do in winter without all them veggies. So I go to check out the oversized two car garage and the first thing that catches my eye is a 8x8 sealed room in one corner. I'm thinkin "sweet the garage has a pisser". Thought it was weird to have a steel door with a deadbolt on a bathroom door but opened it anyway. Well no can or sink, just a little platform, hooks from the ceiling, plenty of outlets, and what appears to be some kind of exhaust system. You gotta be kidding. The guy that owned the house has put in a grow room. Could this house get any better? There's a small greenhouse on the back of the garage. Only thing this place needs is a fire pit. I'm uber excited about this place I just had to tell y'all about it. I really hope we get this place the price is perfect too.

The house hasn't been lived in for some time. The guy we are getting it from bought it to fix and flip. I'm guessing whoever origanally installed it took the cops attention with him when he left. But no doubt I will be taking every precaution possible. Hell we do that anyway right.
