My guess is that the supreme court is going to challenge this bill when and if it passes before any counties can even set up a system of selling it.
i have been muling this one over, had a few discussions with some grow site lawyers
supreme court can't do this unilaterally, or is very unlikely, some party has to challenge the law
some part of the executive branch will probably do it, but the supreme court has ruled on a related case
they allowed cali's mmj to remain, though they affirmed the federal government's right to enforce mj laws
which was pretty much contradictory
what's kind of exciting is if TC2010 isn't viewed as state legalization, just as the state lessening it's mj law penalities
there is no law that says that a state has to have a mj law
if the federal government wants to keep mj illegal, well that's their prerogative
if viewed that way, DEA has to do all the enforcement, which i'm not too sure they want anymore
