Just wanted to toss this on the thread. Makes sense that whole milk is better for you than 2% or skim. We've had it beaten into our heads that fat-free (modified) foods are better for you, yet we're fat. Turns out we were wrong again. The milk is better when left alone. Whole.
I drink a quart of whole-milk Kefir a day.
