So who here is growing in true organic living soil?

This is how I would do it. I know Rrog does not use guanos. I would use a tsp of the high N guano and a 1/5 of a cup of the Alfalfa meal per gallon and bubble it for 24 -36 hours. I would dilute it per the stage of veg growth your plants are in. I did add blood meal to my soil mix but am unsure of the amounts. I have been trying an "all around tea" this run and I am finding that I like it much better than specific stage teas. Everybody does it a little different.

Hey guys, I have a question for you. Is brewing a fungal tea the same thing as adding mycorrhizae to soil? Or will it all depend on your source of compost for the tea, such as humus or ewc?

Ok Rrog,I transplanted four plants into the 15 gal pots with the new soil tonight.
Also thought I would post a pic of my happy worms, they actually look better than when I got them.

thanks, Gandalf. since I dont have alfalfa in my soil I may add a bit more to the water. I like the idea of using the same food during the entire cycle, but I am gonna want to add some more P in flower and less N and vice versa in vegging.

Good deal. When you do add the extras just remember a little goes a long way.

figured id finally throw up some of my TLO bud shots.

holy grail kush at its peak i think. the best weve got it too so far.
ive grown it synthetically several times now as well as mostly organic and its never came out this good.

Hey Java! Yeah it took me a few weeks to digest it all myself, but most of it was pretty new to me. You've got a good head start already so it should be easier for you bro

But thanks to Rrog and Gandalf my ladies are looking better than ever, I've been off bottled nutes for 2 months now. They really pushed me to the next level, I hope you enjoy the same benefits as I am sure you will. Gandalf has a badass thread with a whole heap of very cool tea recipes and so too, also really worth the look

And like I said don't be shy sharing pics of both your gardens everybody here loves anything that grows.

I really appreciate the natural light photos Hemlock.

We were already enjoying the "HPS versions" but knew
that these were special ladies.

added Engineers Dream just for the name (no, I had wanted it ;0) and
got Deep Blue x Engineers Dream as a freebie.

P.P.S. It was cool to see the mushroom compost in your mix. I took it
a step further and used a jar of grain spawn when re-potting a small
avocado that my son started from a pit.

Quite some time later, up pops a beautiful (and delicious, and medicinal)

That would br Vornik F1's but with very stable parents I have not seen very much pheno differences.. Oh LOL That's TGA's Vortex x Paradise Seeds Sputnik. I always wondered why Subcool didn't do this cross himself its like they are fuking made for each other Sputnik being a bit lanky with hard golf ball size nugs and Vortex being very structured very potent but no very hard in the bud dept. I put them together and shes one of the best in my garden which is all organic/living soilish... Great to see you gents keep up the good fight

Found this article online. I'm always digging to find the science behind things we believe to be true as growers. Everywhere I read says that municipal water is bad because of chloramine and chlorine. This info relates to chloramine and is from Cornell University. There are references that I'll have to read to dig deeper.
