SOG and what it entails

I was justed told about this concept of growing, and i kinda have the basic concept of tying down the leaves 90 to 180 degrees using turkey net or some type of net and then just letting the buds grow through the top, but what are the details? How big of pots will i need and how much grow heigth becasue i only have 19 inches and a 27x27 area. What plants are compatable with this?

I think you got SOG and LST mixed up. LST involves training your plant in to a more horizontal shape, its easy and ayeone can do it.
SOG see of green is when you take a lot of clones and only grow them 1 foot tall and bud them. This is a bit more advanced because you need to succesfully take a bunch of clones, which a lot of people have trouble with.

lst is low stress training and you tie the top of the plant with yarn to the ground and it will grow horizontally. or you can super crop and thats lightly crushing the stem and bending it ,thats basicaly the same idea

You also might be thinking of SCROG. Screen of green.

I think so. The problem is it is not realistic to get a bunch of female plants from seed to all be mature and small. I guess with a lot of feminized seeds it might be possible.
