SOG for 1 Hindu Kush plant help

I'm looking for advice on how to build/buy a trellis & netting. I'm thinking I need to train my plant to grow wider since I'm workin with a 7.5' ceiling.

Are you wanting to do a scrog or sog? Seems like you'd want to do a scrog to get the most out of your 1 plant. But its simple top your plant at the 3rd node after it has vigor. Stake the 2 branches that come out of there down to create a mainline then let them grow vertical then top again. Head to your local grow store and pick up a 3 inch trellis net. Set it up with those hooks you can screw into the wall or a twist tie if around your poles in your tent. Tuck and weave branches in the net then flip to flower. Harvest and improve.
