You're new babies look great, SoG...can't wait to watch them grow into beautiful lushious ladies. Just make sure to keep an extra watchful eye on them when you put them into the flowering room. Knowing you, I'm sure you did a thorough job of cleaning out the mites...but please be watchful anyways...those bastards are monsters...:fire:

painting then poping them in ????? i would give the paint a day or two for the fumes to get out of the room ...... no need to rush now you already have the girls

and yea.... painting will just reflect light back up.... reflectix will help insulate it better

i would say if ya keep your room at 75F your water should be at 65F depending.

it's work great, my chiller is maxed out by the lights
its rated for 6k BTU, I'm pushing 14k in heat
and still managing to keep the room between 78 and a max of 82 towards the end

I'd be at 72, and when the lights kicks in it will almost go to 80
there's just so much light in such small space, its reflecting everywhere
the one i had in there before, only the lid was painted
that wold stay cool the whole light cycle
the unpainted sides were always warm to the touch

i only use Crylon fusion for plastic application, learned that one long time ago
for this one i used the 2420 satin white (non reflective;))
that's why i ended up running around to find them yesterday
needed 12 cans, each store had maybe 4
you need at least two cans to get a good coat on all the box

why not to paint the inside, i can see the soup colors better this way

from what i've learned about shopping at different Lowes, is its regional....even though most standard shit will be the same....they each get different strongbox variants....and they are called different too...one is called strongbox and the other is called toughbox


i think the one i got is the original strong box with the yellow lid

and the newer versions have rectangles like yours, and they have diamond shaped too.

Furthermore, its not only the lid either...cuz the cashier let me grab multi lids without being charged cuz they dont price the lid perse, but the box or the whole individual unit, but they had no problem with me getting an extra lid...so when i tried the different lids...... it wouldnt fit...so i guess they adjust the box/tub part along with the lid


its kinda crazy.

then i noticed that the west coast has white lids and the east coast has yellow lids....not sure why?

damn regional shit!

yea here there called toughboxes and there yellow with the diamonds in it thats what we made our new updated cloner out of and we use them for our resivours you can see them sticking out from under the tables

Looking forward to the daiseychain reservoir cooler. Maybe ill just copy it. What do you think of my idea of running chilled garden hoses inside reservoirs?
