These are the ones I've keyed in on so far...

Delicious - northern lights blue
Delicious - critical sensi star
Dinafem - critical jack
Female seeds - c99
G13 - pineapple express
DNA - Snowland

I'm planning to order a 3-4 pack of all of those, with the exception of Pineapple Express (seen too many bud shots that look like mids) and Snowland being a 6 pack. Probably gonna add a single feminized skywalker og too, for the heck of it.

What are you looking for plant wise?; I do sea of green, I just make height adjustments and clean off the very lower brush (I find it simply improves air flow, and it certainly didn't hurt yields), basically in my tent you can't see anything below the canopy. Or are you looking for totem poles?

Edit I grow multiple strains at once in a perpetual so I my not be the the most helpful

I'm planning to do minimal veg time (maybe 2 weeks from clone). Kinda leaning toward totem poles, but having them practically rubbing against each other by the end of flower. I might got for thicker and shorter colas though. Basically just going to see what strains I like most and what gives me the best yield.

Eventually I may try extended veg time with a kush strain and try to turn it into a mini bush (keep the height low, but with 15-25 canopy colas). Part of my reasoning for extra short veg time is that vegging takes up space and electricity I could be using for flowers.

True sog, straight from rooted clone to 12/12....I'm still trying to find a good killer sog strain...image.jpgimage.jpg As of now I have going is cali connections gsc (. I know it's not the real deal) and hortilabs sour star. I have barneys critical kush, DNA's la woman (wich the breeder says it's a good sog due to the single colas) and reserva Prada strawberry banana beans I may eventually try out.

Yeah people seem to really like the Pineapple Express, and the name adds to the "bag appeal." A lot of the buds I've seen online have been more hairy than crystalized.

I'll experiment with a 2-3 week veg time, just long enough to top and LST into 4-6 smaller colas vs. no veg, straight from clone with 1 cola.

Right now I've narrowed it down to...

[all fems]
DNA Snowland (6 pack)
Delicious Northern Light Blue (5 pack)
Female Seeds C99 (4 pack)
Dinafem Critical Jack (3 pack)

Expecting biggest yield out of the CJ, Snowland to be the frostiest and most unique flavor, NL Blue to be the best mix of everything (short flower time, solid yield, good flavor and buzz). C99 I just want to try, and it'd be great to have a pure head high strain...could be a great SOG yielder though.

Gonna look into using Blue Dream in a SOG before I put in the order.

I say critical kush and PX, I know you say it's kinda like mids, but I feel like if it's slowly dried for 5 days to a week, it's way better. It does come out hella crusty and "tea-like" if it dries too fast. Critical Kush is a happy community strain, it seems, mine are shoulder to shoulder and deep green, I run 2600 watts on that side of the room plus 1-432watt, 8bar t5 side light tray..another potential issue with these PX plants is that if you're not attentive, they get huge...I did a 22 week veg under t5 cfl...PX are the tall ones in the back, they're sleepin now, more shots if you want later on when they wake up if you wantimage.jpg

early to tell for sure but i have some critical hog an super critical that should be some nice SOG material. i ive my plants 3 weeks veg after rooting tho so more of a hybrid between SOG and full veg.

Beanpole strains make sense as to cram them in. I was just looking into this, and it seems like fast finishing Indis seem to be best. Sensi seeds MTI looks like a good Aphgan hybrid that would be perfect.

Do you lolly pop them in veg?

i dont do a true lolly pop, just top a few times to end up with 5-10 codominant terminals and just before the flip i trim the bottom 2/3s of branches off the plants. i try n leave the lower fans though. give the plant a lil boost in resoucres

I don't like Dinafem...really hit and miss {more miss usually}. I'd like to know more about less branchy strains that finish at 8-9 weeks.
