SOG pot size

What size pot would I use for SOG?

All my scrog grows have been no more than 4 plants but this time I am going to do 10(sog).
Am only going to veg a couple weeks.

I normally use 3 gallon pots for my scrog grow but I cant fit 10 3 gal pots in my grow area(4x4).
Could I go with 1 gal?
2 gal?

Hmmm i have a 2×4 grow and i fit 12 2gal pot nice and tight. Seem like you should definitely get 10, 3gal in there

Are you in a hurry to get a harvest? Is that the reason for such a short veg period? A 4x4' tent is typically 6.5-7' tall, so you can veg for a lot longer with a smaller number of plants to save a lot of time potting, watering etc, and personally, I find it a whole lot easier harvesting 4-8 large plants than 20-60 smaller ones (yes, I have run grows with dozens of plants at a time in the past. I now favour longer veg with less plants).

I second this. It's better to veg an extra 2 weeks an grow larger plants instead of more smaller plants. Half the buds on the smaller plants wont even be worth trimming with such a short veg time.

I usually grow big plants as you can see. But I'm gonna do some testing to see what works best for me. Im gonna be running 315w cmh. So i want the best light penetration I can get. I actually have 3 different lights to run so I can do a side by side comparison.

I'm not growing in tents rather a 7x18 room. 6.5 ceilings. Sealed. Co2. Top dressed with Natures pride fertilizer. And alaskan humus Compost tea. I'd like to use the led with 2.7umol but not in the budget at the moment.

You guys are right though I might veg longer. I've always grown in 3gal indoors. I wanna try something different to mix it up. Ive been growing for a decade. Haven't in 2 years. looking for some new techniques thats all.

Uhhh pardon??
You can yield waymore w many smaller plants. Lollipop em just like big plants to avoid larf.
