sog spacing

So sorry for wasting everyones time but have a question for all you experianced growers out there. So I am running a 4 ft. by 8ft grow tent with 2 1000 watt sodium high pressures inside temp is not a probloms so please dont break balls my question is how many plants can i fit in a sog running my mommies now and ready to clone but you know waste is a thief. looking to just veg for a week and then flower for 8 to ten weeks but dont want to overcrowd. thanks for the help.

I believe its around 1 plant p.s.f. during flowering in general. But it also deends on the strain as well.
