Personally, I think your setup is pretty damn good. I really like your PVC net-grid thing. I heard somebody recommend that sort of thing here locally. We might be neighbors- lol. I will say this though. There is absolutely no reason to flood those trays 3 times a day in those huge rockwool blocks. You could have easily used Hugo blocks also instead. Those 8" blocks are much better for things like mother plants, not sea of green. Also, because of how warm your room is, and how often you're watering, that could easily be a huge reason why you're seeing the kind of stretch you're experiencing from the OG. Plants have to find a way to rid themselves of the water, and too often it includes vertical stem growth. Your nute levels are fine at this stage IMO, but I think if you back off on the watering you won't find your leaves curling down and the plant suffocating the way it seems to be. High nute levels like you've got are ok in this stage, especially given your raised temps, but that amount of watering is too much for those plants, and you'll continue to see that type of thing so long as you keep doing it that way. Using Co2 can be tricky, and unfortunately, battling high humidity in a sealed environment is one of the biggest challenges without a dehumidifier. Best of luck, and happy growing.
edit: btw, why in the world is your nutrient solution going up during flowering? Did you pre-treat your cubes at 5.5 for 24 hours before putting your starts in them? If not, that could be a big reason why your'e seeing the pH rise you are. In normal situations while they're flowering you should be seeing a gradual pH reduction, but since you're using Bud Candy (has pH stabilizing properties) you should be seeing not much drift at all. Just my 2 cents.
