Soil and Nutes

I have a quick question for the seasoned pro.
Indoor grow. Soil = FF OF w/ 10% Perlite.
Want to start clones in 2gal pots and then transfer them to 5 gal pots before they enter the flowering chamber.
If I do this I am getting an infusion of nutes from the new soil. How does this affect the FF feeding schedule? Is it better to start them in 5 gal pots and not transplant?
Any Help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks for the response. Yea it has to make a difference in the the overall nute level since you would be adding nutes by using new soil. Question is how big of a difference is it and should you compensate for it.
