soil, fert, sprouts...

I just had some seeds sprout in my little dixie cups, and i was wondering when I should start fert. What should the fertilizer be composed of? How often, how much water, ect...should i use a spray bottle on the delicate little babies.

also, i don't think the soil had like any nutes in it to begin with....shitty(?)

You can wait to fert until after 2 weeks

hi guys I am growing ladies outside in new Zealand they are flowering really nicely and fed them potash, my question is how often can I / should I feed them potash??
