Ok nice. What do you mean by soak in peroxide wouldn't that kill beneficial bacteria in soil or no? I know peroxide can add oxygen to soil and roots. I would like to know how to use it though if it is beneficial.
Not a lot just a small amount diluted in water and soaked to soften the husk

He’s referring to popping the seeds with peroxide and water. It softens the seed husk, so the plant uses less energy to break free.
Can I also do this if a seeds taking too long to germinate in the paper towel. Can I just take it out and then soak it overnight and then throw it back in the paper towel.
Sure. A lot of people use a pill bottle stuffed with 100 grit sandpaper and shake seeds until it develops a seam. Helps seedlings break free easier.

Yes I've heard of that too. Might try on the couple seasons next time. It sounds like it would definitely help them germinate faster.
I would try the soak and then place seeds in your medium or paper towel. I do my best to not get too rough with seeds as they are living entities. I put a fish tank heater set at 80 F in a tote with 6 inches of water, after the water is up to temp nest another tote inside [dry tote] and set my tray or paper towel setup inside, close the lid and they will pop in three days or less. Once the tap root is over 1/2" long you will poke a hole in a mild medium, add some myco and gently place seed in the hole squeeze in dirt from the sides and done. Misting with a sprayer will get you all good. You can always add more water, but you'll play hell removing it. Good Growing.
