Soil grow problems - Advice appreciated

I have looked at several different diagnosis pages, sites and books and still can't find anything that looks like the pics below.

Strain - White Widow
Soil - Supersoil Potting Mix
Light - 1000w HPS - 3ft from tops
Temp - 72f -low - 78f - high
Humidity - 40-50%
Room - 3' x 4' - 12' ceiling

Veg - two weeks
Flower - Almost three weeks
Pots - 10 gal
Soil PH - 6.0 - 6.2 (a bit low)
Water PH - About 7.0 to offset the lower soil PH (maybe this doesn't work??)

Little to no growth in the last week. Only worsening symptoms.

Transplanted from 4 gal pots about a week and a half into the flower stage.
I'm sure I did some root damage as a tried to bust up the soil during transplanting. I was afraid the soil was packed too tightly in the 4 gal so I increased to 10gal.

Since this was my first soil grow (usually hydro) I was worried about root rot and my have kept the soil too dry. Combine that with the fact I busted up the root ball and ???

Transplant they received water with just Superthrive, Maxicrop and B1. Since then they've received either plain water and on two occasions a half strength feeding with Golden Bloom.

Last feeding was Thursday 6/18. They received a half strength feeding of Golden Grow (as directed), but this time I gave them about 1 1/2 gallons each, which gave me minimal run-off, I'd say less than 5%.

The plants in the upper left and lower right are showing the symptoms that concern me, particularly the lower right.

The plants in the lower left and upper right show almost no signs of the same problem. While the plant in the lower left isn't quite as green as I'd expect it to be. This is the only one where I left the root ball in tact. Hmmmm.

The plant in the upper right is the healthiest of the bunch and shows virtually no deficiencies, although it seems stunted like the rest. I only gently broke up it's root ball and when moving them around, I could tell by the weight , that this one had the highest moisture content in the soil. Hmmmmmmm, again.

I'm hoping this is all a lack of water problem, but I won't know for a few more days. Any input is appreciated.

I should have added some Dolomite Lime before planting, but at this point I can only add it to the top few inches or can I mix it in with some solution when watering, and how much? Soil was about 5.5 to start and is now, like I said 6.0-6.2. I hesitate to add anything until I receive some feedback from my fellow growers.

Peace.

Agree with Mystic, definetly "looks" like a nute lockout problem. keep closer check on PH and try not to adjust to much too fast.

Best of Luck,
