Soil mites, Hypoaspis Miles

So Ive noticed a shitload of little mites moving really fast in the top 1" or so of my soil in the pots my mom plants are in. I thought because I released the triple threat predator mites from Natures Control on my plants a few months ago to combat spider mites that it must be those. But I just called Natures Control and confirmed what I already thought, that the predator mites they sent me would be on the leaves and don't go to live in the soil. So from what ive looked up on soil mites, and trying to look at the mites through my little 30x microscope I think they look mostly like Hypoaspis Miles, the fungus gnat larvae predators. Plus I have a small fungus gnat problem currently. So Im wondering has anybody else found soil mites in their pots, especially these ones? I grow organically using roots 707 soil and compost teas and myco. Is it possible the exact soil mite predators Ive been wanting to get to rid my rooms of fungus gnats have naturally found their way to my mom plants, where I can now scoop them out of there and spread them to all my other pots! What do you think?

These are perfectly normal. They are soil mites, and are soil decomposers. Nothing to worry about!

I don't understand your question...Are you asking if you can spread the hypoaspis miles to all your pots? Yeah, take a couple tablespoons of soil from the affected pot and deposit it on the top layer of soil in the pots you want them to inhabit. They'll take care of the rest as long as they have food to munch on.
